管道绝缘接头测试方法适用性研究

         

摘要

For misjudgment existed in the insulation evaluation of insulated joints, the principle and test step of potential method,RF insulation performance testing method and the PCM leakage rate method were studied.The application of current loop in test evaluation insulation joint insulation was emphasized.In addition,the applicability of four methods in the insulation joint of a gas pipeline valve chamber was studied.The results show that the four kinds of testing method all can test the perform-ance of the insulation of the insulated joint.The current loop method can accurately measure the size and direction of the current in both sides of the insulation joint,can determine the insulation performance of insulation joint accurately,and the test results have high reliability.%由于在评价管道绝缘接头的绝缘性能时易出现误判,研究了电位法、射频绝缘性能测试法以及PCM漏电率法的原理及测试步骤,重点介绍了电流环在测试评价绝缘接头绝缘性能中的应用情况.并开展了4种方法在某输气管道阀室绝缘接头上的适用性研究.结果表明:4种测试方法均可以测试绝缘接头的绝缘性能.电流环法可以精确地测量出绝缘接头两侧管中电流的大小和方向,准确判断绝缘接头的绝缘性能,测试结果可靠性高.
