光栅光谱仪衍射效率的推导及应用

         

摘要

Based on the working principle of blazed gratings in the grating spectrometer,the distribution formu-la of diffraction efficiency is derived. The corresponding curve of diffraction efficiency is obtained. And,it is a-vailable to provide some modification for relative intensity of the spectral line of element Ne,which had been measured in experiments. As the research points out,for the larger wavelength range of grating spectral intensity measurements,the correction of using diffraction efficiency is effective and feasible.%依据光栅光谱仪工作原理,导出闪耀光栅的衍射效率表达式。计算、绘制出相应的衍射效率曲线,并用其对实验测得的Ne光谱线的相对强度进行了修正。指出对于较大范围的光栅光谱强度测量值,利用衍射效率进行修正是有效并且可行的。
