太阳能电池光谱响应特性实验研究

摘要

The spectral response if one important characters of solar cells,but usually can’t be measured cor-rectly.It discuss the basic concepts of spectral response,summarize the main measure methods used before,and introduce two new appratus used to measure the spectral response,analyse the advertages and disadvertages by data and graphs.%光谱响应特性是太阳能电池的一项重要性能，但限于测量条件等一般无法精确测定。该文讨论了太阳能电池光谱响应的基本概念，回顾了以前的主要测量方法，介绍了两种新的可实现光谱响应度测量的实验装置，并通过具体数据分析了们的优点和不足。
