EDTA络合滴定法测定钙易达片中螯合型L-天门冬氨酸钙中钙的含量

摘要

Aim To study the feasibility of EDTA complexiometry determining the content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum Calcium.Methods To use EDTA complexiometry to determine the content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum under the condition of pH=11.0 by utilizing the stability of L-Acidum Asparticum(Chelate) Calcium obviously lower than that of EDTA complex Calcium.Results The average recovery was 102.46%,RSD was 1.02%(n=5).Conclusions The method of using EDTA complexiometry to determine the content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum Calcium is reliable and accurate.%目的通过实验确定EDTA络合滴定法测定螯合型L-天门冬氨酸钙中钙含量的可行性。方法利用在pH＝11.0的条件下，L-天门冬氨酸(螯合)钙的稳定性明显小于EDTA络合钙的特点，采用EDTA络合滴定法测定钙易达片中L-天门冬氨酸钙中钙的含量。结果平均回收率为102.46%，RSD为1.02%(n＝5)。结论采用EDTA络合滴定法测定螯合型L-天门冬氨酸钙中钙含量的方法可行，结果准确可靠。
