糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)应采取综合治疗,以良好的血糖控制为本,辅以一些纠正代谢紊乱、改善微循环、营养神经的药物,对减少或延缓DPN发生和进展往往能起到较好的疗效.%Combined therapy should be applied in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). The therapy that bases on good control of hyperglycaemia, uses drugs to correct metabolic disorder, improve ischemic microcirculation and nourish nerves. has been confirmed effective to postpone the occurrence and aggravation of DPN.
