血液因子浓缩类止血剂研究进展

摘要

与传统止血中药和止血带相比,血液因子浓缩类止血产品以分子筛吸水机理止血,具有止血速度快,安全性高等特点,因此受到广泛关注.本文从凝血机理、产品开发、止血效果和安全性角度出发,对血液因子浓缩类止血剂的国内外研究进展进行系统讨论综述,为止血产品的应用与开发提供参考.%Recently, the factor concentrating hemostatic factor on molecular sieve mechanism have received extensive attention for more efficient hemostasis and higher safety comparing with traditional Chinese medicine and tourniquet. Clotting mechanism, product development, hemostatic effect and safety were reviewed in this paper, so as to provide a reference for further study and application.
