渣油泵波纹管密封泄漏分析及解决对策

     

摘要

为了解决渣油泵波纹管机械密封泄漏的问题,检查了操作方法,简单计算了密封端面比压、温度,诊断了失效的密封元件,分析了泵体抽空和波纹管压缩量增大的原因.通过改进密封辅助系统蒸汽背冷方式,改善密封面的散热程度和冷却效果,降低密封端面的温度,使密封端面处在合理的温度范围.改进机械密封元件,增加传动轴套固定环的厚度,更换防退螺钉,保证了机械密封轴套的有效传动,从而解决了波纹管密封泄漏的问题.实际应用结果表明:保证轴套的有效传动和合理控制波纹管密封的端面温度,可以很好地解决渣油泵金属波纹管密封泄漏的问题.%To solve the leaking problems of bellow mechanical seal of residue pump, the operating methods were examined, the specific pressure and temperature of seal face were calculated, the failed seal elements were diagnosed and causes of increased pump evacuation and bellow compression were studied. The improve ment of steam back cooling of seal auxiliary system and improvement of heat radiation and cooling of seal face reduced the temperature of seam face and enabled the seam to operate in as appropriate temperature range. In addition, the improvement of seal element, increase of ring thickness of motion transmission shaft sleeve and replacement of check screw ensured the effective motion transmission of shaft sleeve and solved the leaking problem of bellow mechanical seal. The commercial operation shows that ensured effective motion transmission of shaft sleeve and appropriately controlled face temperature of bellow seal can provide an effective solution to the leaking problems of metal bellow seal of residue pumps.
