制氢转化炉炉管支吊系统应用问题和改进措施

摘要

The first turnaround of the new hydrogen plant with a capacity 40 000 NmVh in SINOPEC Luoyang Company was made in August, 2009. During the shutdown of the plant, the bob-weight of the tube support/hanger system fallen off four times. To solve this problem, the revamping measures were proposed and implemented in October of 2009. Start-up and shutdown was repeated four times from 2009 to April of 2011 after the revamping and the tube support/hanger system worked properly in temperature elevation and reduction without any problem.%中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司40 dam3/h制氧装置在2009年8月停工过程中,转化炉炉管支吊系统曾先后4次出现配重锤脱落问题.对支吊系统出现的问题进行了深入的分析,并结合转化炉炉管支吊系统在现场的问题,提出了改进措施.提出的各项措施在2009年10月份进行了实施.结果表明:改造后的转化炉支吊系统在2009-2011年4月4次开、停工期间,支吊配重系统随转化炉升温、降温过程运转正常,做到了免维护运行.
