介绍了国内外散装硫黄的储存现状,结合普光净化厂硫黄产量大的情况,开发了散装硫黄储存及消防关键技术。介绍了硫黄火灾危险性实验研究结果、散装硫黄的储存和装车方法及储存与安全消防的整体技术等。结果表明，新发明的一种皮带输送圆形料仓储存散装硫黄的方法实现了散装硫黄的堆取料自动化和机械化；发明的散装硫黄全封闭、连续输送、定点定量快速精确装车方法，实现了整个散装硫黄装车过程的全自动控制，达到了计量精度高、装车速度快、自动化程度高、占用场地小、环保无尘、全封闭安全作业、全天候自动化连续装车的目的。%The current status of bulk sulfur storage both at home and abroad is introduced. The key technologies for bulk sulfur storage and firefighting have been developed to meet the requirements of large sulfur production in Puguang Natural Gas Treating Plant. The results of sulfur fire hazards test, the methods for bulk sulfur storage and truck loading and integrated technologies for storage and firefighting are described. The test results show that the new belt conveying cylindrical bin for storage of bulk sulfur has made it possible for the automatic filling and unfilling operation of sulfur; The new rapid, closed-loop, continuous, quantitative and precise loading technique has helped to realize the complete automatic control of loading operation of bulk sulfur. In addition, the loading operation is high in measurement precision, rapid in loading speed, high in automation level and small in plot area requirement. The loading facilities operate automatically and continuously in a safe closed loop and environmentally friendly environment under different weathers.
