In this paper, the main aspects of technical integration and measures to be taken are described. The integration has adopted the dynamic simulation, master control system, simulation techniques and RAM analysis, etc. The commercial plant operation proves that the integration design of process and control system has fully met the requirements of plant steady reliable operation and engineering objectives have been reached.
