炼油乙烯一体化工程IGCC的集成技术是装置设计的核心之一.叙述了技术集成的主要内容和实现方法.技术集成采用了动态模拟、主控系统、仿真技术、RAM分析等手段.通过实际装置的运行,证明工艺和控制系统的集成设计成功满足了装置整体平稳运行的要求,达到了设计目标.%The IGCC integration technology in refinery & ethylene projects is one of critical parts of plant design. In this paper, the main aspects of technical integration and measures to be taken are described. The integration has adopted the dynamic simulation, master control system, simulation techniques and RAM analysis, etc. The commercial plant operation proves that the integration design of process and control system has fully met the requirements of plant steady reliable operation and engineering objectives have been reached.
