新建大型炼油厂设计原油和总加工流程的选择

     

摘要

In a case study of a mega refinery, the processing of different combinations of crudes oils of different properties by 4 typical residue oil processing processes such as fixed-bed residue oil hydrodesulfuriza-tion, solvent deasphalting, delayed coking and residue hydrocracking was studied by RPMS linear program model in respect of crude oil properties, unit capacities, production of objective products and consumption of hydrogen, etc. The economic benefits of each processing processe were analyzed and compared based upon uniform pricing system of crude oil and products. The results show that, at Brent price of 566 US $ /t of crude oil, the application of fixed-bed hydrodesulfurization to process high-sulfur and medium metal crude offers the best economic benefits.%以千万吨级的新建大型炼油厂为例,采用RPMS线性规划模型,选用固定床渣油加氢脱硫、溶剂脱沥青、延迟焦化和渣油加氢裂化四种典型的重油加工技术,对加工不同性质的高硫原油组合进行了研究.从原油性质、核心装置规模、产品产量、氢气消耗等多方面进行了分析,并按照统一的原油和产品价格体系对比研究了各方案的投资经济效益.结果表明,在Brent原油价格为566 US $/t的价格体系下,综合比较认为炼油厂采用固定床渣油加氢脱硫工艺加工高硫、中等金属含量原油的方案投资效益为最佳.
