催化重整过程中的脱氯工艺技术

         

摘要

固体脱氯剂及其脱氯工艺具有流程简单、操作方便、检测准确等特点,是催化重整过程中脱除重整原料油和循环氢中氯化氢经济而简易的方法,同时也是取代碱洗脱氯工艺脱除连续重整再生烟气中氯化氢的经济有效的方法.作为消除氯化氢及相关工艺的清洁技术,脱氯剂及脱氯技术的应用不能对催化重整及催化剂性能造成影响是脱氯剂应用的基本要求.介绍了石油化工科学研究院针对催化重整过程开发的WGL-A重整预加氢高温脱氯剂、WDL系列重整氢低温脱氯剂以及GL-1连续重整再生烟气脱氯剂的性能及工业应用情况,提出了催化重整过程中不同的脱氯工艺的优化解决方案,提高了脱氯剂的脱氯效率.工业试验表明:针对催化重整过程的脱氯技术在保证重整装置及催化剂正常运转的前提下,较好的消除了氯化氢对装置及相关设备的腐蚀隐患.%The dechlorination process and solid dechlorination agent, which feature easy operation and accurate testing, is an economic and easy way to remove the hydrogen chlorides from catalytic reforming feedstock oil and recycle hydrogen in the catalytic reforming. Moreover, it is a cost-effective means to replace the caustic scrubbing to remove hydrogen chlorides from regeneration flue gas of continuous catalytic reforming. As it is the clean technology for elimination of hydrogen chloride, it is the essential requirements for the dechlorination agent and dechlorination process to have no impact on the catalytic reforming and reforming catalyst performances. Here described are the performance and commercial application of the high-temperature dechlorination agent of reforming pre-hydrogenation ( WGL-A) , low-temperature dechlorination agent for reforming hydrogen (WDL) and dechlorination agent of continuous reforming regeneration flue gas (GL-1) which are developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing ( RIPP). The optimization solutions are proposed for different dechlorination processes in the catalytic reforming to enhance the dechlorination efficiency of the dechlorination agent. Commercial experiments demonstrate that the dechlorination technology has effectively eliminated the potential corrosion of hydrogen chlorides on the equipment in catalytic reforming process while maintaining the normal operation of the catalytic reforming unit and catalysts.
