加氢裂化催化剂湿法硫化的工业应用

     

摘要

一般加氢裂化催化剂(尤其是含分子筛加氢裂化催化剂)采用干法硫化时由于温度比较高,易造成络合物分解,并有开工步骤多、开工时间长的缺点,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司1.50 Mt/a加氢裂化装置在2010年3月更换催化剂后开工时,首次成功采用湿法硫化.此次加氢裂化催化剂湿法硫化的时间约为60 h,比干法硫化时间节省至少40h,加氢裂化催化剂的最终硫化温度为290℃,硫化剂用量为40.490 t,比理论用量少2.40%.应用结果表明,含分子筛加氢裂化催化剂完全可以采用湿法硫化,能有效简化硫化步骤、缩短开工时间,且有利于提高催化剂活性.%The higher temperature required by dry pre-sulfiding process for hydrocarcking catalysts ( especially molecular sieve hydrocracking catalysts) has disadvantages of easy decomposition of complex compounds, multiple start-up procedures and extended start-up time, etc. The wet pre-sulfiding process was first successfully tried in a 1.5 MM TPY hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. In the start-up after catalyst replacement in March, 2010. The wet pre-sulfiding time of hydrocracking catalyst was 60 hours, which is 40 hours less than dry pre-sulfiding process. The end pre-sulfiding temperature of hydrocracking catalyst was 290 X. And pre-sulfiding agent consumption was 40.49 tons, which was 2.4% lower than the theoretical requirement. Application results show that the hydrocracking catalysts can be completely pre-sulfided by wet pre-sulfiding process, which can simplify pre-sulfiding procedures, shorten start-up time and improve catalyst activity.
