气相加氢分配器的技术开发

         

摘要

依据气相加氢工艺的相关特点,设计了气相加氢分配器,主体为管式结构,结构简单,安装方便.主要通过侧隙出口和底板出口实现气相物流的均匀分布,流体流动稳定,阻力较小.在φ600 mm固定床冷模试验装置中,通过冷模试验测试了单个分配器结构参数(底板开孔结构和开孔尺寸)对分布效果的影响,优选出结构参数相对合理的气相加氢分配器,得到分配器的局部阻力系数,同时应用计算流体力学模拟软件CFX12.0对分配器进行了数值模拟,并在φ1 600 mm冷模试验装置中,考察了分配器组合分布特性.结果表明:用于气相物流场合时,通过采用合理的分配器结构参数,气体分布均匀,流动阻力较小,多分配器匹配较好,整体分配性能较好.%A gas-phase hydrogenation distributor was designed according to the characteristics of gasphase hydrogenation.The distributor,which is of tubular design,is simple in construction and easy in installation.A backlash and a bottom plate flow of the distributor are adopted to make a uniform distribution of stable gas flow.The impact of the construction parameters (the pore structure and pore size) of distributor on gas distribution were studied in a φ600 mm cold-flow laboratory equipment.The gas-phase hydrogenation distributor with optimized construction parameters was selected,and local resistance coefficient of the distributor was obtained.The distributor was simulated by computational fluid dynamics software (CFX),and distribution performance of the distributor tray which was assembled by a group of distributors was studied in a φ600 mm cold-flow plant.The results indicate that,in the gas-phase flow service,the application of appropriate construction parameters will result in uniform gas distribution,small flow resistance,good matching of multiple distributors and good distribution performance.
