国产21/4Cr-1Mo特厚钢板的开发和应用

摘要

For a long time,21/4Cr-1Mo thick steel plate,the main material of the critical equipment suchas hydrogenation reactors,etc.in hydrogenation units has to be purchased from overseas vendors.However,higher price and longer delivery period have remained a bottleneck for project construction.To solve this problem,Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has successfully developed 21/4Cr-1Mo thick steel plates in cooperation with SINOPEC.The objectives of cooperation development of 21/4Cr-1Mo thick steel plates are introduced,the key and difficult aspects of development are summarized and the properties and application of domestic 21/4Cr-1 Mo super-thick steel plates are described.Future work activities are proposed.%长期以来,加氢装置中的加氢反应器等核心设备使用的主体材料——21/4 Cr-1Mo厚钢板一直依赖进口,价格高,交货周期长,经常成为制约项目建设的瓶颈.为此,舞阳钢铁有限责任公司与中石化合作开发了国产21/4Cr-1Mo厚钢板.介绍21/4Cr-1Mo厚钢板国产化开发的目标,总结开发的重点和难点,阐述国产21/4 Cr-1Mo特厚钢板的性能和应用情况,对下一步的工作提出了建议.
