采用中国石油独山子石化分公司FCCU的蜡油及在用平衡催化剂,在提升管试验装置上考察了反应温度、剂油比对产品分布的影响,根据汽油、柴油收率情况,确定适宜生产汽油试验方案为反应温度490℃,剂油比7.0;柴油方案为反应温度460℃,剂油比5.0.在此条件下,对加氢蜡油、未加氢蜡油进行相同工况下的催化裂化试验考察,原料经过加氢后整体转化率提高约10百分点,汽油收率增加3~5百分点,液化石油气增加5~7百分点,柴油收率降低6~8百分点,重油收率降低1~3百分点,有利于降低柴汽比;产品性质方面,汽油、柴油硫含量降低明显,达到90%以上,汽油烯烃含量降低8 ~ 14百分点,异构烷烃含量增加约6百分点,芳烃含量增加1~4百分点,组成变化明显.%The impact of reaction temperature and catalyst to oil ratio on the product distribution was investigated in a riser FCC unit with the wax oil and catalysts in Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd..Based upon the results of gasoline and diesel yields,appropriate gasoline production scheme is determined to be:reaction temperature:490 ℃ and oil to catalyst ratio:7.0.In the diesel production scheme:the reaction temperature is 460 ℃ and oil to catalyst ratio is 5.0.Under these conditions,the hydrotreated wax oil and un-hydrotreated wax oil are tested and studied.For the hydrotreated feedstock,the product yield was increased by about 10%,the gasoline yield is elevated by 3% ~ 5%,LPG yield is increased by 5% ~ 7%,diesel yield is lowered by 6% ~8%,and heavy oil yield is reduced by 1% ~3%.In product quality,the sulfur in gasoline and diesel is obviously reduced by over 90%,the olefin in gasoline is lowered by 8% ~ 14%,the iso-alkane is increased to over about 6%,the aromatics is increased by 1% ~ 4%,and composition change is obvious.
