FCC废催化剂的综合回收利用

         

摘要

The causes of production of waste FCC catalysts are studied.The recovery,filling,magnetic separation,synthesis of molecular sieve,oil refining,regeneration of waste FCC catalysts as equilibrium catalyst as well as recovery of valuable metals from waste catalysts are introduced.In view of long-term operation,filling will be replaced.Only part of spent catalysts can be used for reutilization of equilibrium catalysts.Magnetic separation only reduces the production of waste catalyst and has not recovered and utilized the waste catalysts.The future development trend is that the FCC waste catalysts will be used to produce high value-added products,the waste catalysts will be regenerated or valuable metals will be recovered from waste catalysts.This not only improves the utilization of resources but also protects the environment.In addition,the economic benefit will be improved.%探讨了FCC废催化剂产生的原因,介绍了FCC废催化剂作为平衡剂回用、填埋、磁分离、合成分子筛、精制油品、复活以及从废剂中回收有价金属等处理方法.从长远来看,填埋必将会被取缔.平衡剂再使用只能回用部分废催化剂.磁分离只是减少了FCC废催化剂的产量,未对废剂进行回收利用.以FCC废催化剂为原料合成高附加值产品、废催化剂复活或从废剂中回收有价金属等将是未来的发展趋势,不仅可以提高资源的利用率,还可以保护环境,并带来一定的经济效益.
