火炬可燃气压缩机系统结硫原因分析及解决措施

The sulfur fouling and plugging of the combustible gas compressor system of flare in the old refinery of PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The causes of sulfur plugging were analyzed in detail.It is concluded that the reaction mechanisms of sulfur deposition are that the hydrosulfide is oxidized into elemental sulfur in the liquid phase and under the effect of Fe ion catalysts.The sources of Fe ions and formation of liquid phase are analyzed.It is concluded that the reformer gas containing HCl which is released to the flare system will result in the corrosion of piping and produce Fe ions.The percentage of C4+ in combustible gas in the old refinery is about 15% while that in the new refinery is only about 2%.The analysis by the process simulation software HYSYS has found that the high C4+ content in the combustible gas would more likely lead to the formation of liquid water in the compressor system.According to the analysis of causes of sulfur formation in the compressor system,the corresponding solution measures are worked out,such as:directing reforming hydrogen condensate containing HCl to stabilizer,trying to identify and eliminate emission source of C4+ in old refinery,sampling and analyzing the combustible gas on a regular basis and screening ab normal emission sources when abnormal assay occurs.The sulfur deposition plugging in the compressor system gradually disappears after the above measures are taken.%介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司炼油厂老区火炬可燃气压缩机系统结硫堵塞的情况,对结硫堵塞的原因进行分析,结硫反应机理是在液相含水的环境和铁离子的催化作用下,硫化氢被氧气氧化成单质硫.分析了铁离子的来源以及形成液相环境的原因,认为含HCl的重整气体排入火炬系统会造成管线腐蚀,进而产生铁离子.老区火炬可燃气C4+组分体积分数在15%左右,而新区只有2%左右.利用流程模拟软件HYSYS进行分析,发现火炬可燃气C4+组分含量高导致在压缩机系统更容易析出液态水.根据压缩机系统结硫的原因分析,制定了针对性的解决措施:将含HCl的重整氢凝液改去稳定塔;排查并消除老区火炬C4+组分排放源;火炬可燃气定期取样分析,发现分析异常及时排查非正常排放源.通过采取以上措施,压缩机系统结硫堵塞的现象逐步消失.
