胺液再生装置工艺流程优化

     

摘要

Through a case study of a 300 t/h amine regeneration unit in a petroleum refinery,the process flow's sequence of regeneration column bottom pump and amine filters were optimized.The comparison with the common process flow of the same capacity shows that the optimization had the following advantages:the temperature of lean amine solution from the bottom of amine regeneration column was lower than bubbling point,which is good for avoiding pump cavitations.Pump power consumption was reduced by 38 (kW · h)/h and the capacity of the rich amine solution filter was increased by 23%.It benefits energy-saving,the rich amine solution filter capacity expansion and the long term stable safe operation of the unit.%对某炼油厂处理能力为300 t/h胺液集中再生装置中的再生塔底泵和胺液过滤器在工艺流程中的顺序.进行了优化.与同规模常规流程的对比表明,优化后再生塔底泵输送介质温度低于泡点、消除了泵汽蚀隐患;机泵用电量可减少38(kW·h)/h;富液过滤能力可增加23%.可实现装置节能,提高富液过滤器容垢能力.
