加氢裂化催化剂级配技术的首次工业实践

     

摘要

介绍了加氢裂化催化剂级配技术在某炼化企业加氢裂化装置的首次工业应用情况.通过装置生产标定和连续8 a的实际工业应用,表明在同等条件下,采用加氢裂化催化剂级配技术后,喷气燃料烟点可以提高1个单位左右,尾油BMCI值降低2个单位以上,同时可以降低装置综合能耗10%以上.在装置整个运行周期内,加氢裂化催化剂级配体系中各种催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性都保持良好,产品分布和产品质量稳定,同时还提高了装置生产操作调整的灵活性.采用催化剂级配技术后加氢裂化装置运行周期可以达到4 a以上,创造出了良好的经济效益和社会效益.催化剂级配技术在加氢裂化、加氢精制等多种使用催化剂的工艺中都具有较好的推广应用前景.%The first commercial application of hydrocracking catalyst gradation technology in the hydrocracking unit of a refinery is introduced.The results of production calibration and commercial application for 8 consecutive years show that:under the same conditions and by using hydrocracking catalyst gradation technology,the smoke point of jet fuel can be increased by about 1 unit,the BMCI value of tail oil can be reduced by more than 2 units,and the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit can be lowered by over 10%.The activity,selectivity and stability of various catalysts in the hydrocracking catalyst gradation system are excellent,and the product distribution and quality are stable.At the same time,the flexibility of operation adjustment of the unit is improved.The operation period of hydrocracking unit can reach more than 4 years after adopting catalyst gradation technology,which has produced good economic and social benefits.Catalyst gradation technology has a good application prospect in the processes of hydrofining,hydrocracking,etc..
