炼厂干气等温-绝热加氢处理工艺的技术分析

介绍了炼厂干气加氢处理的几种工艺路线，重点介绍了等温-绝热法处理工艺，并将该艺同绝热循环法、稀释法和等温法工艺进行比较，认为等温-绝热法处理工艺具有投资小、工艺简单、原料适应性强、操作费用低的特点，对扩展炼油厂、大型化肥厂制氢装置的原料供应具有良好的应用前景。%Processes for hydrogenation of refinery gas, such as adiabatic cycling, dilution and isothermal methods, were compared with the proposed isothermal-adiabatic technology. The isothermal-adiabatic hydrogenation technology has the advantages of lower investment, simpler process, lower operation cost and better adaptability for feedstock. It has prospects of wide application for expanding the feedstock of hydrogen production.
