中压加氢改质/中压加氢裂化技术的工业应用及装置扩能的研究

     

摘要

以大庆原油减二线和重油催化裂化柴油的混合油为原料,在3936/3825催化剂上进行了中压加氢改质的中型试验,并在燕山1.0 Mt/a 工业装置上应用,结果表明产品质量达到设计要求。采用有抗氮能力的3905催化剂取代原3825催化剂后的中型试验结果表明,在中压加氢裂化条件下可加工馏分较重及氮含量较高的原料,并可得到低芳烃、低硫柴油及低 BMCI 值的尾油作蒸汽裂解原料。预计原设计1.0 Mt/a 的工业装置可扩能为1.3 Mt/a。%Mid-pressure upgrading test was conducted on a pilot plant with a mixed feedstock of Daqing vacuum 2nd cut and heavy oil cracking LCO over 3936/3825 catalyst and applied in a 1.0Mt/a hydrogenation unit at Yanshan Petrochemical Company. The results showed that the product qualities could meet the design requirement. The pilot plant test with 3825 catalyst replaced by a nitrogen resistant 3905 catalyst showed that at medium-pressure hydrocracking conditions, heavier and higher nitrogen content feedstock could be processed and low aromatics and low sulfur diesel were obtained. The unconverted oil with low BMCI value could be used for steam cracking feedstock. It is expected to expand the 1.0Mt/a original design capacity to 1.3Mt/a.
