炼油装置流程模拟及优化系统设计与应用

     

摘要

设计出一种集多种软件平台接口与智能方法于一体的流程模拟与优化系统,可综合采集并处理现场实时数据和实验室分析数据,用于建立机理模型,模型中内嵌分子结构集总到实沸点集总的自动转换模块,能实现全流程模拟,并采用智能算法计算难以预测的产品质量指标,通过友好的人机接口为用户提供导航,引导用户通过简单操作获取实验数据,最终定制优化方案.该系统在保证模拟精度的同时,封装了采集、处理数据的繁琐过程,以人机界面简化了操作模型的过程,在实践中使用十分方便.%A simulation and optimization system is designed which integrates multi-software platforms and interfaces. The system collects data from LIMS and PHD then builds models with a block that transfers lump of molecular structure to lump of NBP to realize total process simulation. The quality indexes of products are predicted by intelligent algorithm. User is guided with friendly GUI to make optimization schemes by simple operation. The system ensures the accuracy of simulation while packaging the complex process of data collecting and data processing, simplifying the operation of model with GUI. This process simulation and optimization system is successfully applied in a case study of hydro-cracking unit,which validates the convenience and effectiveness of its operation.
