The photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization catalyst WO3-TiO2/SBA-15 was prepared by hydrolysis of metal salts in the pores of the support SBA-15,using tetranbutyl titanate as Ti source and sodium tungstate as W source and characterized by XRD,BET techniques. The effect of reaction condi-tions(dosage of catalyst,n(O) (S)molar ratio,reaction temperature and time)on the sulfur removal rate of the catalyst in the UV-light was tested using dodecane solution of dibenzothiophene as a simula-tive diesel in the presence of H2 O2. At the optimum reaction conditions:catalyst dosage of 4 g/L,n(O)(S)molar ratio of 8,reaction temperature of 50 ℃ and 2 h,the desulfurization rate is 87.9%. After the catalyst was reused for five times,the desulfurization rate still reaches 64.9%,indicating that the WO3-TiO2/SBA-15 catalyst has a good performance for photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization and can be reused.%以钛酸四正丁酯为钛源、钨酸钠为钨源、SBA-15为催化剂载体,采用孔道内水解法制备 WO3-TiO2/SBA-15样品,并用 XRD、BET 对其进行表征,并将其应用于模拟柴油的光催化氧化脱硫实验,考察催化剂用量、n(O)(S)、反应温度、反应时间等对光催化氧化脱硫的影响。结果表明:在催化剂用量为4 g/L、n(O)(S)为8、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为2 h 的条件下,模拟柴油的脱硫率可达87.9%,催化剂重复使用5次后脱硫率仍可达到64.9%。表明 WO3-TiO2/SBA-15催化剂具有较好的光催化氧化脱硫性能和再生性能。
