环保型全合成切削液的制备与润滑性能研究

     

摘要

在60 ℃恒温条件下,以油酸和三乙醇胺质量比为1. 8的合成产品为添加剂,制备全合成切削液.通过安定性试验、四球机试验、腐蚀防锈试验及现场切削加工进行全合成切削液的性能表征.结果表明:制备的切削液最高油膜强度为784 N,试验钢球磨斑直径为0. 540 mm,单片防锈试验时间达96 h;调制水温对切削液的透明度、稳定性和极压性能影响明显,而对腐蚀防锈性能影响不大.%The synthetic cutting fluid was prepared using oleic acid and triethanolamine(mass ratio of 1. 8)at 60 ℃. The stability analysis,four-ball test,corrosion experiment,and cutting test were conduc-ted to evaluate the performance of the product. The highest PBof the cutting fluid is 784 N,and the di-ameter of the wear scar spot is 0. 540 mm,and the single-piece rust resistance time is 96 h. The results showed that the water temperature has a significant influence on the transparency,stability and extreme pressure performances of the cutting fluid,but has little effect on the anti-wear and antifriction properties.
