存储式补偿中子测井仪研制

             

摘要

介绍了存储式补偿中子测井仪器的研制过程。仪器设计的关键是在外径小的情况下寻找探测器最佳源距以及仪器硬件、软件的设计。通过建立蒙特卡洛模型和利用在标准刻度井的实际测量数据来确定合理的源距。重点介绍了仪器的源距选择、仪器硬件电路设计、软件设计流程等。现场测井证实仪器设计是合理的,能较好地反映地层的相关信息。%The designing process of the memorized type compensated neutron logging instrument is introduced. The key of the designing is the design of hardware and software of the instrument and choosing the distance between the probe and radiation source in the case of small diameter. The reasonable distance between the probe and radiation source was determined through the establishment of the Monte Carlo model and the use of the actual measurement data in the standard calibration well. The selection of the distance between the probe and radi-ation source, hardware circuit design, software design process are introduced emphatically. The on-site logging showed that the design is reasonable, which can better reflect the relevant information of the formation.
