中高渗透砂岩油藏储层物性时变数值模拟技术

     

摘要

The main oilfields of Shengli oilfield has entered very matured development stage, and series of core data and field test data show that the reservoir physical parameters in mid-high permeability sandstone reservoirs change significantly with a long term water flooding which has influenced the oil-water movement and remaining oil distribution rule in the reservoir, so, it is necessary to take the physical properties time varying effect into consideration in reservoir numerical simulation to increase the residual oil description precision. By means of core data analysis, laboratory experimental study, traditional black oil model transformation and reservoir simulation software programming, we established a mathematical model that each direction permeability and relative permeability curve change continuously with time, so as to form a numerical simulation based on time varying physical properties suitable for mid-high permeability sandstone reservoirs. The technology ameliorates the numerical simulation performance effectively on mid-high permeability sandstone reservoirs in the very matured development stage, and it has obtained a good application performance in district Ml of Cudao oilfield. The remaining oil distribution status predicted by numerical simulation is in well accordance with the actual situation , and the precision of predicted saturation of newly drilled wells increases significantly with a mean absolute error of only -2.2%.%胜利油区主力油田已整体进入特高含水开发阶段,系列取心资料和矿场测试数据表明,随着注水开发的深入,中高渗透砂岩油藏储层物性参数变化明显,影响了油藏油水运动和剩余油分布规律,应在油藏数值模拟中反映这种储层参数的时变效应,以提高剩余油描述精度.通过开展取心资料分析、室内实验研究、传统黑油模型改造、油藏模拟软件编制等工作,建立了各向渗透率、相对渗透率曲线随时间连续性变化的数学模型,形成了适用于中高渗透砂岩油藏的物性时变数值模拟技术.该技术提高了特高含水期中高渗透砂岩油藏数值模拟研究成果的精度,已在孤岛油田中一区取得了良好的应用效果,数值模拟预测的剩余油分布状况与实际情况吻合程度高,预测新钻井饱和度的精度显著提高,平均绝对误差仅为-2.2%.
