新型高温调堵技术在克拉玛依油田的应用

         

摘要

在克拉玛依油田九区稠油油藏开采过程中,由于储层的非均质性、隔层不发育以及蒸汽超覆等原因,蒸汽在平面上推进不均衡,出现汽窜干扰现象,降低了油藏开发效果.在分析九区吞吐井汽窜特征、目前所用高温调堵技术特点的基础上,进行了汽窜通道调控治理工艺技术研究,研制了适合该区油藏的新型高温调堵剂,并对该调堵剂的固化及抗稀释性、固化物耐温性能、抗剪切能力和抗盐能力等性能进行了评价,并在室内模拟该调堵剂封堵效果达标后,开展了3井次现场试验.试验井实施封堵后,注汽压力较封堵前提高了25%,汽窜干扰现象得到治理,原有窜扰井正常生产,调整了储层吸汽剖面,提高了油藏开发效果.%The development of heavy oil reservoir in Jiuqu of Karamay oilfield is constrained by the reservoir heterogeneity, interlayer underdeveloped, steam restriction and other factors in production process, and the steam is unbalanced in the plane when advancing. Along with the development process, there is steam channeling interference between steam stimulation wells which influences the reservoir development effect, and it seriously affects the effective use of steam and results in too much productive problems in the producer. To solve the problems, studies about steam sealing channeling in Jiuqu have been done in recent years, and some achievements have been obtained. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of well stimulation steam channeling and feasibility of the current application of high temperature adjustment plugging technologies, study the controlling techniques of steam channeling channel. According to the special conditions of Jiuqu reservoir in Karamay oilfield, a high-temperature plugging agent is developed. Furthermore, the field tests show that it is suitable for the development of Karamay oilfield and has a good application prospect.
