水平井润湿反转堵水机理

     

摘要

Horizontal well has been being widely used in low-permeability and offshore oil and gas fields, but the mature methods of the water shutoff focused on horizontal-well characteristics are rather less. With the help of the method of numerical simulation, the advancing laws of the bottom water in horizontal well in actual oil reservoirs including the influences of the following factors such as wettability, permeability, bottom hole pressure and well completion position etc. Upon the water ascending velocity and recovery factor are studied. By means of the established visual physical water plugging model for horizontal well, the contrasting experiments pre and post wettability reversing agent usages are conducted. The study achievements show that the addition of the gas-bearing wettability reversing agent can inhibit the breakthrough of the bottom water to producing layers, delay the breakthrough time, enhance breakthrough recovery, decrease water ratio and greatly increase oil production.%水平井技术在低渗透率油气田及海上油气田开发中的应用越来越广泛,而针对水平井特点的成熟堵水方法较少.利用数值模拟方法研究了实际油藏中水平井底水的突进规律,包括润湿性、渗透率、井底压力以及完井位置等因素对含水率上升速度与采收率的影响.利用所建立的可视水平井堵水物理模型,进行了润湿反转剂使用前后的对比实验.研究结果表明,加入气润湿反转剂能有效减少底水向产层的突进、延缓见水时间、提高无水期采收率降、低含水率并大幅度提高原油产量.
