十二烷基苯磺酸钠对疏水缔合聚合物溶液流变性的影响

         

摘要

To further understand the interaction laws of Hydrophobically Associating Water Soluble Polymer (HAWSP) and surfactant, and adjust the rheological characteristics of binary system composed of associated polymer and petroleum sulphonate, the influencing laws of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) concentration on HAWSP solution in zero-shear viscosity, apparent viscosity, yield stress value, first normal stress difference and deformation-recovery are researched by rheological instrument. Results of the experiment show that much strongger interaction between the polymer and.surfactant has happened for SDBS and HAWSP, the influences on rheological characteristic of the system are obvious; with the rise of SDBS concentration, the aggregate which is similar with that of the mixed mi-cella is formed by the associating action between hydrophobic side base of HAWSP and alkyl chain of SDBS, thus the associated network structure strength is enhanced and the rheological characteristic is increased; when SDBS concentration is further thickened, the hydrophobic side base of HAWSP becomes thicker and is solved into the micella of SDBS, the broken associated network structure results in the reduction of the rheological characteristics. To ensure the oil displacing performances of the system, it is advisahle to emphasize the influences on the rheological property of the system on the premise of making sure of ultra-low interfacial tension.%为了进一步认识疏水缔合聚合物与表面活性剂的相互作用规律,指导缔合聚合物二元体系流变性调整,利用流变仪研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量浓度对疏水缔合聚合物溶液零剪切黏度、表观黏度、屈服应力、第一法向应力差、变形—恢复的影响规律.实验结果表明:十二烷基苯磺酸钠与疏水缔合聚合物可以发生较为强烈的聚/表相互作用,并对二元体系流变性产生显著影响;疏水缔合聚合物的疏水侧基通过缔合作用与十二烷基苯磺酸钠烷基链形成类似混合胶束的聚集体,增加十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量浓度,可增强缔合网络结构强度以提高其流变性能;十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量浓度进一步增加时,疏水缔合聚合物的疏水侧基增溶到胶束中,从而拆散缔合网络导致流变性能下降.因此,为保持疏水缔合聚合物与表面活性剂二元体系的驱油性能,建议在保证超低界面张力前提下着重考虑表面活性剂对体系流变性的影响.
