电磁探伤测井仪在套损检测中的应用与分析

         

摘要

由于受地应力、化学腐蚀作用等影响,套管容易发生套损、套变现象,直接影响到油、气产量和注水效果,因此引进、开发了电磁探伤测井仪.通过对其工作原理、功能以及套管壁厚测量值与标准值的对比分析,评估了套管的套损情况;借助四十臂井径测井仪并对比套管内径测量值与标准值,有效地验证了电磁探伤测井仪测试结果的准确性,对于指导修井等作业具有重要意义.%Due to the influences of earth stress, chemical corrosion action and so on, the casing is easy to be damaged and deformed, thus the oil and gas production and furthermore the water injection effects are directly impacted. Therefore the logging units of electromagnetic defect detection are introduced and developed. By means of the contrasts and analyses of their operational principles, functions and the volumes of both measured and standard cas-ing-wall thicknesses, the damage conditions are evaluated; with the help of forty-armed well logging caliper and the contrast between the measured and standard numbers of the casing inside diameter (ID) , the accuracy of the detected results of the units is effectively proved, thus the achievements possess much important significances for the guidances of well workover and other operations.
