In order to scientifically manage the oilfield, evaluate the overall development effects more better and make the oilfield development sustainable and effective, Daqing Oilfield has set up development and management indexes system for different types and driving modes of oil reservoirs through the practices in recent years. With the help of hierarchical analyzing process, they evaluating systems for the multi-target and multi-level development targets have been established, and then a set of perfect managing systems for the development targets have been formed and moreover the much better effects have been achieved in the actual practices, so the scientific decision-making evidences for the sustainable development of the oilfield have been provided.%为了科学地管理油田,更好地评价油田总体开发效果,大庆油田经过近几年的开发实践,建立了不同油藏类型、不同驱动方式油田的开发指标和管理指标体系.采用层次分析法,建立了多目标、多层次的开发目标评价体系,形成了一套完善的开发目标管理系统,在实际应用中取得了良好效果,为油田的可持续发展提供了科学的决策依据.
