胜利油田首口小井眼长水平段水平井钻井技术

         

摘要

Aimed at improving the development efficiency of low-permeability reservoir,Well Fan 154-Ping l,a multi-stage fracturing slim hole long horizontal section horizontal was drilled. On the basis of introducing reservoir characteristics,casing program and well trajectory profile,the drilling difficulties were analyzed,such as long horizontal section, large friction & torque, slim hole, high circulation pressure loss and strict quality requirements in horizontal section. The key technologies were introduced,including realtime hole trajectory optimization,real-time friction & torque calculation,BHA optimization, mud, geosteer-ing technology and borehole reaming technology. The success of this well proved the feasibility of multistage fracturing and the long horizontal-section well drilling in low permeability reservoir. It also provided valuable experience and technical support for efficient development of low permeability reservoirs.%为提高低渗透油气藏的开采效率,胜利油田部署了一口小井眼长水平段多级分段压裂水平井——樊154-平1井.在介绍樊154-平1井储层特征、井身结构和井眼轨道剖面特点的基础上,认为该井存在水平段长、摩阻扭矩大、井眼尺寸小、循环压耗高和水平段井身质量要求严格等钻井难点,从实钻井眼轨迹优化、实时摩阻扭矩计算、底部钻具组合优选、钻井液技术、地质导向技术和井眼修复等方面,对该井采用的技术措施进行了详细介绍.该井实钻水平段长1 230.00 m,创造了胜利油田小井眼水平井水平段最长纪录,平均井径扩大率4.62%,储层钻遇率100%,井眼轨迹光滑,有效地保证了该井12段分段压裂的成功实施,投产后稳产20~30 t/d,为胜利油田低渗区块的高效开发提供了宝贵经验.
