HF203井井喷及强行下钻压井方法

         

摘要

The geology in northeastern Sichuan is very complex and the formation has high pressure, high productivity and high sulphur content. Therefore there is a lot of difficulties in drilling and cementing in this area. Well HF203 is a high-pressure deep directional well with liner cementing completion. After drilling the cement plug,overflow occurred in later stage of tripping out,and then blowout due to improper handling. This paper describes the basic situation of the well,the process of overflow and displacement well killing. This paper analyzed the blowout reasons and well killing difficulties. By analyzing the applicable conditions of bullheading and stripping killing method,stripping killing method was used considering the specific circumstances of the well. Too long retarding slurry time is the main reason of overflow,and the di rect reason for overflow is that drilling fluid is not filled with in tripping out. The main difficulties of this well are the high well pressure. It is unable to implement the displacement and bullheading killing method due to shallow drilling depth,the stripping method is the best method. The successful application of strip ping method provided a basis for deep well blowout treatment with high pressure in the future.%川东北地区地质情况复杂,产层具有高压、高产、高含硫等特点,钻井与固井难度大.HF203井是该地区的一口高压定向深井,尾管固井钻完水泥塞起钻后期发生溢流,因处理不当发生了井喷.介绍了该井的基本情况、溢流发生经过和置换法压井的过程,分析了并喷原因、压井难点,通过分析硬项(平推)压井法、强行下钻压井法的适用条件,并结合该井的具体情况,确定采用强行下钻法压井.指出水泥浆缓凝时间过长是HF203井发生溢流的主要原因,起钻过程中未灌满钻井液是发生溢流的直接原因,发现溢流后处理不当是导致井喷的直接原因.HF203井压井的主要难点是井内压力太高、钻具深度太浅、无法实施置换法和硬顶法压井,强行下钻法是最佳压井方法.该井采用强行下钻法压井成功,为今后采用强行下钻法处理高压深井井喷提供了借鉴.
