页岩自吸水化控制剂的研制与性能评价

         

摘要

为了有效控制页岩亲水性和毛细管自吸效应导致的水化破坏,进行了页岩自吸水化控制技术室内研究.通过优化多种两亲表面活性剂复配增效的配比,以及岩样表面滴润与浸泡效果对比评价等,研制出了自吸水化控制剂FZXJ.室内评价试验结果表明,FZXJ的接触角为78.8°,岩样被处理后吸水量为0,水化作用明显降低,岩样完整,且与聚合物钻井液具有较好的配伍性.FZXJ具有较为突出的两亲能力,具有较强的优先吸附、主动防止页岩毛细管效应自吸水化功能,可以降低滤饼形成前的吸水量,与钻井液中的抑制剂、封堵剂协同作用,可起到强化井筒、稳定井壁的作用,具有较好的应用价值.%To control the hydration of shale due to high hydrophilicity and capillary self-absorption effect,laboratory research on self-absorption hydration of shale was carried out. A self-absorption hydration control agent (FZXJ) was developed by means of the proportional optimization with complex synergism of various surfactants as well as comparative evaluation on the rock surface dripping and soaking effect. The results indicated that the developed agent had a contact angle of 78. 8? remarkably reduced water amount absorbed on shale surface to 0,kept the rock sample in whole and possessed good compatibility with poly-mer drilling fluid. Characterized by fabulous amphipathic property and absorption preference, the agent could actively prevent the self-absorption effect of shale and lower water absorption before the formation of mud cake. Acting synergetically with shale inhibitor and blocking agent,it can improve wellbore stability. In a word, the agent had a promising application effect in oilfields.
