分析了中国石油兰州石化分公司乙烯厂 460kt/a乙烯装置在高负荷生产时,脱丁烷塔塔釜产品中C4组分损失大的原因,并采取了相应的改进措施.改进措施为:提高塔釜温度至85℃在原脱丁烷塔的基础上增加一个精馏段,精馏段塔板数为30块,与原脱丁烷塔串联操作.对改进措施进行模拟算的结果表明,塔釜产品中C4的质量分数由改造前的8.56%下降到改造后的2.43%.脱丁烷塔改造后的实际生产运行结果表明,塔釜产品中的C4的质量分数由改造前的10.06%下降到3.72%,达到了生产的要求.%Reasons for the loss of C4 fraction in the bottom of the debutanizer of the ethylene plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Co. Ltd. were analyzed. Some measures were taken to optimize operation of the debutanizer, which included raising the bottom temperature to 85 ℃. and increasing a rectifying section with 30 plates, connected with the old debutanizer in series. Through simulative calculation for the debutanizer, the data(w)before and after the reconstruction showed that the loss of C4 in the bottom decreased from 8.56% to 2.43%. The C4 losses in the actual operation had decreased from 10.06% to 3.72%. which could meet the requirements of the production.
