聚丙烯/极性聚合物纳米合金的可控构造方法

         

摘要

A method for the controlled fabrication of polypropylene(PP)/polar polymer nanoalloys was presented. Its first step was the preparation of PP/ multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) nanocomposites by in situ polymerization with MWCNTs supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst. Then PP/poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) nanoalloys were prepared by the ring-opening polymerization ofε-caprolactone(ε-CL) initiated by hydroxyls on the surface of MWCNTs,in which the PCL molecular chains were grafted onto the MWCNTs surface. The catalyst,PP/MWCNTs nanocomposites and PCL were characterized by means of SEM,TEM,FTIR and GPC,and the morphology and stability of the PCL phase among the PP/PCL nanoalloys were investigated. The results indicated that the stable nano-size PCL phase formed among the PP/PCL nanoalloys and the phase size depended on the relative molecular mass of PCL. The PCL phase among PP exhibited uniform dispersity.%构造了一种聚丙烯(PP)/极性聚合物纳米合金的新方法.利用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)负载Ziegler-Natta催化剂,通过丙烯在MWCNTs表面的原位聚合获得PP/NWCNTs纳米复合材料,然后再利用MWCNTs表面的羟基引发ε-己内酯(ε-CL)开环聚合,得到PP/聚(ε-CL)(PCL)合金,其中,PCL分子链接枝于MWCNTs的表面.利用SEM,TEM,FTIR,GPC等方法对催化剂、PP/NWCNTs纳米复合材料和PCL进行了表征,研究了PP/PCL合金中PCL相的形貌及稳定性.表征结果显示,PP/PCL合金中,PCL在PP基体中形成了稳定的纳米尺度相区,相区大小取决于PCL的相对分子质量,PCL的相对分子质量越小,其相区尺度越小;PCL相在PP中呈均匀的分散状态.
