异丁烷脱氢制异丁烯技术的现状与发展趋势

         

摘要

综述了国内外异丁烷脱氢制异丁烯的技术现状。介绍了国外现有的5种成熟工艺,包括Catofin工艺、Oleflex工艺、FBD-4工艺、Star工艺及Linde工艺,总结了各工艺的流程,分析了各工艺的优缺点,并从反应器类型、是否加稀释气等方面进行了比较。对国内异丁烷脱氢技术的研究进展进行了介绍,包括催化剂的研究、热力学的研究及工业化试验的进展,并简要介绍了国内异丁烷脱氢项目的现状及发展趋势。国内的异丁烷脱氢技术有待进一步发展,实现技术自主化将给异丁烷的化工利用带来更广阔的前景。%The technological status of the dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutene was reviewed. Five foreign advanced technologies,including Catofin,Oleflex,FBD-4,Star and Linde,were introduced. The process flow of each technology was summarized,and their merits and demerits were analyzed with the comparison in the reactor types and diluent gas addition. The progresses in the domestic research on the dehydrogenation, namely catalysts,thermodynamics and plant test,were introduced. The status and development of the domestic projects were summarized. The technology for the dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutene should further be developed to promote the utilization of isobutane.
