新型苯与重芳烃烷基转移催化剂工艺条件的研究

         

摘要

A novel catalyst with unique acid unit structure was synthesized for the transalkylation of benzene with heavy aromatics to produce toluene and C8 aromatics. The influences of process conditions on its performances were investigated. The catalyst had high activity and selectivity,and could be used at relatively high WHSV. Under the optimized process conditions of reaction temperature 370-420℃,reaction pressure 1.5-3.5 MPa,WHSV 2.0-3.0 h-1 and mole ratio of H2 to liquid feed 5.0-7.0,during running 1 000 h,the average conversion of benzene, average conversion of heavy aromatics,and average yield of toluene and C8 aromatics were 42.97%,59.37% and 98.20%, respectively. And the catalyst showed a good stability.%选用独特结构的复合分子筛材料为酸性组元,制备了新型苯与重芳烃烷基转移催化剂.采用该催化剂,以苯和C9+重芳烃为原料,经烷基转移反应生产甲苯和C8芳烃,研究了工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响,并考察了催化剂的稳定性.实验结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的活性和选择性,能在较高的空速下运行.优化的工艺条件为:反应温度370~420℃,反应压力1.5~3.5 MPa,重时空速2.0~3.0 h-1,氢烃摩尔比5.0~7.0.在此工艺条件范围内,经过1 000 h的长周期运行考察,催化剂的稳定性良好.稳定性实验的平均结果为:苯转化率为42.97%,重芳烃转化率为59.37%,甲苯及C8芳烃收率为98.20%.
