在300kt/a高密度聚乙烯装置上采用BCE-H 100催化剂生产了PE100级管材专用聚乙烯树脂,考察了装置的运行情况,利用DSC,GPC等方法研究了催化剂的聚合性能以及聚乙烯树脂的性能,并与参比催化剂进行了对比.运行结果表明,使用BCE-H100催化剂生产时,催化剂进料平稳、粉料干燥床运行稳定.BCE-H100催化剂的聚合活性约为15 000g/g,氢气和1-丁烯的平均消耗量分别约为0.59 kg/t和15.9 kg/t(消耗量均基于聚乙烯的产量),共聚性能优于参比催化剂.BCE-H100催化剂制备的聚乙烯粉料粒径分布更集中,平均粒径215 μm左右,大颗粒和细粉的含量更低,力学性能和加工性能优于参比催化剂制备的聚乙烯,当Mw>106时,分子链段中的丁烯含量也高于参比催化剂制备的聚乙烯.%The PE100 resin was produced with the domestic BCE-H100 catalyst in the 300 kt/a high density polyethylene installation.Running conditions of the plant were investigated,and performance of the catalyst and properties of resins were studied by DSC and GPC.The results show that the catalyst's feed is stable and the powder drying bed runs stably when using BCE-H100 catalyst.The activity of BCE-H100 catalyst is about 15 000 g/g,the average consumption of hydrogen and 1-butene is about 0.59 kg/t and 15.9 kg/t(consumption based on polyethylene production),respectively.The copolymerization performance of BCE-H100 catalyst is better.Average particle size of polyethylene prepared with BCE-H100 is about 215 μm and its distribution is more narrow.Mechanical properties and processing performance of polyethylene prepared with BCE-H100 are better than that of the polyethylene prepared with reference catalyst.
