非满流下新型锥套螺带干燥机流体流动分析

         

摘要

According to the technical characteristics of polysilicon solid slag treatment and the design defects of drying machines at the present stage,a continuous cone ribbon dryer with inner and outer cylinders was designed,and the accuracy of simulation was verified by cold model test. After certain simplification,a model was constructed by Pro/E software and then introduced into Fluent 14.5 software where the gas-liquid two-phase fluid flows in the dryer under the condition of non-full flow were preliminarily simulated. The results showed that multiple eddies and local circulations were generated in the basin of the dryer. The axial,radial and tangential velocities of the fluid were maximums at the ribbon. Eddy and liquid-solid separation were produced at the back pressure zone of the ribbon. With the stirring of the ribbon,the interface of gas-liquid phase was higher near the ribbon side,and increased with a decrease in liquid level and an increase in rotary speed. The residence time of the dryer was about 3 235-3 985 s. This paper provided a useful guidance to the application of ribbon dryer in solid slag treatment of polysilicon.%根据多晶硅固渣处理的技术特点以及现阶段干燥机的设计缺陷,设计一台具有内外筒的连续式锥套螺带干燥机,并通过冷模实验验证了模拟的准确性.模型经过一定的简化后采用Pro/E软件建模,然后导入到Fluent 14.5软件中初步模拟干燥机非满流状态下气液两相流体流动.实验结果表明,流域内产生多个漩涡,发生局部环流.在螺带附近,流体轴向、径向、切向速度达到最大,并在螺带背压区产生漩涡,发生流固分离.伴随着螺带的搅拌,靠近螺带的一侧气液相界面较高,并随着液位的降低、转速的增大而升高.此干燥机的停留时间为3235~3985 s,为螺带干燥机在多晶硅固渣处理的应用中提供了有益的指导.
