炼油厂轻C4烃加氢生产乙烯原料的工业试验

         

摘要

为提高炼油厂轻C4烃的利用价值,中国石油兰州石化公司在正丁烷法顺酐装置加氢单元进行了3次工业试验,目的是生产出可作乙烯裂解原料使用的精制C4烃产品.考察了原料组成和主要工艺条件对加氢反应的影响.结果表明,中国石油兰州化工研究中心研发的LY - 2005催化剂适合炼油厂轻C4烃加氢生产乙烯裂解原料使用;在适宜工艺条件下,加氢后可生产出总烯烃体积分数不大于1.5%的精制C4烃产品;原料的总烯烃、异丁烯体积分数分别为不大于40%、不大于15%时,推荐一反人口温度为120 - 130℃,新鲜C4烃进料量为2.0 ~3.5 t/h,V(氢气)/V(原料油)为350 ~450,C4烃循环量为3.5 ~6.0 t/h,反应压力为2.7 ~3.0 MPa.%In order to improve the utilization value of refinery' s light C4 fraction,3 industrial tests were conducted in the hydrogenation unit of n - butane method maleic anhydride plant to produce refined C4 hydrocarbon used as ethylene pyrolysis material. The effect of material composition and process conditions on hydrogenation reaction was investigated. The results showed that the catalyst LY - 2005 developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center of Pet-roChina was suitable to hydrogenation of light C4 fraction for producing ethylene material. When the volume fractions of olefin and iso - butylene were no more than 40% and 15% respectively,the total volume fraction of olefin in the refined C4 hydrocarbon was no more than 1.5% under the appropriate process condition of inlet temperature in the first reactor 120 -130 ℃ .feeding level of flash C4 fraction 2.0 -3.5 t/h, volume ratio of hydrogen to material oil 350 - 450, circulation rate of C4 hydrocarbon 3.5 -6.0 t/h,reaction pressure 2.7 -3.0 MPa.
