以聚辛基甲基硅氧烷-纳米无机粒子杂化复合膜( POMS 25)为渗透膜,采用蒸汽渗透膜技术,对碳酸二甲酯(DMC) -甲醇(MeOH)混合物进行分离.结果表明,在渗透膜前原料压力为0.40 MPa,渗透膜前温度为105℃,渗透物真空度为2.0~2.7 kPa的优化条件下,当原料中DMC,MeOH质量分数分别为15% ~30%,70%~ 85%,杂质NH3不超过0.2%,H2O不超过2%时,DMC渗透通量为8~23kg/(m2·h),渗透物中DMC质量分数为25%~43%.%The mixture of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and methyl alcohol ( MeOH) was separated by vapor permeation membrane technology using poly(octylmethylsiloxane) - nano inorganic paticles hybrid permeation integrated membrane. The results showed that under the optimal conditions of feedstock pressure before membrane 0.40 Mpa, feedstock temperature before membrane 105 °C , perme-ate vacuum degree 2.0 -2.7 kPa, the DMC permeation flux reached 8 - 23 kg/ ( m2 · H ) , the mass fraction of DMC in permeate was 25% -43% when the mass fraction of DMC, MeOH, NH3 and H2O in the feedstock was 15% - 30% ,70% - 85% ,0. 2% , 2% respectively.
