柠檬酸对原位晶化型催化剂脱铝改性的影响

         

摘要

Dealumination of calcined samples was conducted with hydrochloric acid and citric acid respectively , and in - stiu crystallized catalysts ( here referred to as sample 1 and sample 2) were prepared at pH value 3. 5 - 4. 5 , reaction time 1 h, reaction temperature 90 °C . The samples were characterized and evaluated by N2 static volumetric adsorption method, infrared spectral adsorption method and cat-alyst evaluation unit. The results showed that removing non - framwork aluminium with citric acid was better than with hydrochloric acid, sample 2 presented significant improvement in surface area, pore volume , heavy oil conversion and strong L decreased, and gasoline yield increased by 1. 34 percent points.%分别采用盐酸和柠檬酸对高岭土微球原位晶化产物进行脱铝改性,在体系pH值为3.5~4.5,温度为90℃下反应1h,可制得原位晶化型催化剂,以下分别简称试样1和试样2.采用N2静态容量吸附法、红外光谱吸附法以及在催化剂评价装置上对其结构和性能进行了表征和评价.结果表明,与盐酸相比,柠檬酸脱除非骨架铝效果更好,试样2的比表面积和孔体积增大,强L酸量降低,汽油收率增加了1.34个百分点,重油转化能力增强.
