FF-46催化剂在抚顺石化公司加氢裂化装置上的应用

摘要

In order to resolve the problem of straight run mixed wax oil product quality which could not meet national standard,the catalyst FF-46 developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Ptrochemicals,SINOPEC,was given a trial in the 0.4 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of Fushun Petrochemical Company,PetroChina.The results showed that under the condition of treating load 35 t/h,temperature of reactor No 2 and No 3 367.54 and 371.00 ℃,pressure of high-pressure separator 12.2MPa,volume ratio of hydrogen to wax oil 1 560,the hydrogen consumption (hydrogen volume per ton of mixed wax oil) was 165 m3/t,the desulfurization rate was 93.4％,the denitrogenation rate was 99.17％,and the conversion per pass of mixed wax oil was 74％.%为解决直馏混合蜡油产品质量指标达不到国家标准要求问题,中国石油抚顺石化公司在0.4 Mt/a加氢裂化装置上试用了中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院研发的FF-46型加氢裂化预处理催化剂.结果表明,在处理量为35 t/h,二、三反应器温度为367.54,371.00℃,高压分离器压力为12.2 MPa,氢油体积比为1 560的工艺条件下,氢耗[V(氢气)/m(原料油)]为165 m3/t,脱硫率为93.4％,脱氮率为99.17％,蜡油单程转化率为74％.
