开窗导流催化精馏填料流体力学性能研究

         

摘要

The effects of sprinkle density and gas phase loading factor (F factor) on liquid holdup were investigated with air and water as materials in a pilot scale column packed with a novel catalytic distillation packing (Winpak-C-500 YS,500 Y-S for short).Model equation and empirical equation of liquid holdup were regressed.The results showed that the liquid holdup of 500 Y-S increased with the rising of F factor and raised sharply at flooding point,and the trend was similar to that of referenced packings (500 X-N,500 X-S).Because of involving the mechanism of liquid holdup,model equation was more accurate and it was used more widely,and empirical equation was more direct and simple.The liquid holdup of 500 Y-S and referenced packings decreased in the following order 500 X-N,500 Y-S,500 X-S.%以空气和水为原料,在装有新型开窗导流催化精馏填料(牌号为Winpak-C-500 YS,简称500 Y-S)的中试实验塔中,研究了喷淋密度、气相动能因子(F因子)等操作参数对动持液量的影响,回归得到了动持液量的模型关联式和经验关联式.结果表明:500 Y-S的动持液量随F因子的增大而增大,并且在液泛点附近出现陡增现象;参比填料(500 X-N,500 X-S)的变化趋势与此相同.模型关联式因考虑了影响动持液量的机理而更准确,适用范围更广,经验关联式则较为简单直接.500 Y-S与参比填料的动持液量按下列顺序依次递减:500 X-N,500 Y-S,500 X-S.
