重芳烃分离装置原料组成对馏出口组分的影响

         

摘要

利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件RadFrca严格计算模块分析了中国石油兰州石化公司助剂厂10万t/a重芳烃分离装置原料组成对馏出口组分的影响.结果表明:采用RadFrca严格计算模块进行模拟时,各馏出口组分模拟值与实际值基本重合;若回流比和塔顶产品与进料质量流率比不变,随着原料中重组分含量的增加,T-101塔顶和塔底馏出中的偏三甲苯含量下降,T-102塔顶和塔底馏出中的偏三甲苯含量增加;在同一设计规定值下,随着原料中的总轻组分逐渐减小,T-101塔回流比增大,塔顶产品与进料质量流率比减小;若分离精度相同,原料组成对塔顶温和塔底温基本无影响.%The Aspen Plus process simulation soft-ware RadFrca was used to analyze the effect of feed-stock composition on distillation outlets in a 100 kt/a heavy aromatics separation unit of additives facto-ry,Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina. The results showed that the modules were calculated and stimulated by RadFrca,the simulated values of each distillate approximately matched with the actual values;if the reflux ratio with top product to incom-ing quality control remained the same,with the in-creasing of heavy component content in raw materi-als,the distillated pseudocumene content of T-101 tower top and bottom decreased, the distillated pseudocnmene content of T-102 tower top and bot-tom increased;under the conditions of same design requirement values,with the gradual decreasing of total light component,T-101 reflux ratio rising,top product to feed mass flow rate dropped;if the sepa-ration accuracy was same,components of raw materi-als had almost no effect on the temperature of tower top and bottom.
