500Mt/a常减压装置能耗分析及节能措施

             

摘要

介绍了500 Mt/a常减压装置的能耗组成。通过分析装置综合能耗的影响因素,认为减少循环水、电、燃料、1.0MPa蒸汽的消耗是降低装置综合能耗的关键。采用先进控制系统、优化工艺操作条件,采取抽真空系统水冷器循环水回水二次利用、切削机泵叶轮、优化抽真空器组合方式、提高加热炉热效率的措施后,常减压装置综合能耗由2008年的411.819MJ/t(9.838kg标油/t)降到2009年的380.089MJ/t(9.080kg标油/t),能源利用率提高了7.7%。%It was introduced that the energy consumption composition in the crude oil distillation unit of 500 Mt/a. The key of overall energy consumption decreased is reduction of consumption in circulating water, electricity, fuels and steam with 1.0 MPa by analysis of the factors. Because advanced control systems have been applied, the process operating conditions optimized, secondary use of recycled water in vacuum system, diameter of impeller in pump cut down, combinations of vacuum systems optimized, thermal efficiency of furnace improved, the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit comprehensive energy consumption from 2008 of 411.819 MJ/t, equivalent to 9.838 kg of standard oil/t, down to 2009 of 380.089 MJ/t, 9.080 kg of standard oil/t, the energy efficiency increased by 7.7%.
