浅析油田HSE管理体系运行存在的问题

摘要

As the core component of the oil field to achieve sustainable and efficient development,the HSE management system is responsible for ensuring the health,safety and environment of employees in the oil field. In order to give full play to its role,this paper from the management attention degree,file operations and continuously improving the ability and other aspects in the operation of the HSE management system of oil field are analyzed and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.%作为油田实现可持续高效发展的核心组成部分，HSE管理体系肩负保障油田员工健康、生产安全和生态环境的重大职责。为了充分发挥其作用，本文从管理重视程度、文件可操作性和持续改进能力三方面对油田HSE管理体系运行存在的问题进行了分析并提出对策建议。
