基于Aspen Adsorption的CO2净化工艺动态模拟

             

摘要

According to the isotherm adsorption gas-solid phase balance graph, the Aspen Adsorption is taken as dynamic simulation software to establish the models of double-columns TSA system for CO2 purification process. The dynamic simulation results show different gas phase concentration distribution at each packing stages during adsorption, de-pressurization, heating generation, cooling generation and re-pressurization process. Besides, the different isothermal adsorption parameters and mass transfer coefficient of each gas components are taken into consideration to evaluate the performance of different adsorbents and make a suitable time sequences of separation process.%按照等温吸附气固相平衡图,文中采用Aspen Adsorption化工流程模拟软件建立CO2待净化体系的双塔变温吸附分离模型,通过动态模拟,得出各气相组分在吸附、热再生、冷再生各步骤中,各填料层中的浓度分布,而且能够准确的得出床层的击穿时间.此外,结合相应吸附剂的吸附参数和各气相组分的传质系数,能够对不同类型的吸附剂做出有效的评价,同时能对不同吸附剂制定最佳的时序组合.
